In 2021, Jocelyn's daughter Sam gave a talk at TEDxYYC about graphic medicine and how pictures helped her in her role as a caregiver for her mom.

Jocelyn and Sam stayed in touch through the window of Jocelyn's residence during the early days of COVID-19.
